When you join, you get a unique referral link. When someone clicks your link and buys an eligible app, that sale is attributed to you, and you earn a commission on it. Your commission rate is shown to you when you sign up and in your affiliate dashboard.
Attribution window (60 days). When a buyer clicks your link, a cookie credits you with their purchase for 60 days from that click, even if they come back later to buy. If the buyer clears their cookies, uses a different device or browser, or someone else's referral link is clicked more recently, attribution may not reach you; the Platform's own tracking records are the basis for attribution.
You agree to promote apps truthfully and in good taste. You will not:
You are responsible for following advertising and disclosure laws where you operate, including disclosing that your links are affiliate links where required.
A sale earns commission only if it is a genuine, completed purchase properly attributed to your link and not refunded or charged back. The Platform's tracking records are the basis for attribution.
You choose PayPal or bank transfer as your payout method when you sign up. Commissions are paid to the payout account you provide.
Payout schedule and minimum. Commissions are paid monthly, for your cleared balance over a $25 minimum. If your cleared balance is under $25 in a given month, it rolls over and is paid once it passes the minimum (this keeps payment fees from eating small amounts).
Payout hold window (30 days). A commission is held for 30 days after the sale to cover possible refunds and chargebacks before it clears. If the underlying sale is refunded or charged back during that window, no commission is paid for it. (Our buyer refund window is shorter — a limited 14 days — so the 30-day hold comfortably covers it.) This means money that may need to be returned is never paid out and then clawed back.
You handle your own taxes on your earnings, and you provide any tax information the Platform is required to collect.
If a sale you referred is refunded or charged back, the commission for it is canceled. Patterns of referred sales that are later reversed, or any fraud or manipulation, may result in withheld commissions and removal from the program.
The Platform may pause or close your affiliate account, and withhold commissions, if it reasonably believes you broke this agreement, used prohibited methods, or generated fraudulent or low-quality activity. Where practical the Platform will tell you why.
You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, partner, or agent of the Platform. Nothing here creates a partnership or employment relationship. You have no authority to make commitments on the Platform's behalf.
The Platform does not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic, or that any particular app will remain available. The Platform may stop selling any app at any time, with or without cause (for example, a developer withdraws it, it breaks our standards, or we discontinue a storefront). When an app is removed, your links to it stop converting and you should take down or swap out content promoting that specific app.
You keep what you already earned. Commissions on genuine, completed sales that were properly attributed to you before the app was removed are still paid to you on the normal schedule, once they clear the 30-day hold, subject to refunds, reversals, and the other rules in this agreement. Removing an app does not cancel commissions you already earned on it. The program is provided "as is."
Either side may end this agreement at any time. On termination, validly earned commissions that have cleared the payout window and any applicable rules will still be paid.
The Platform may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
