When you join, you get a unique referral link. When someone clicks your link and buys an eligible app, that sale is attributed to you, and you earn a commission on it. Your commission rate is shown to you when you sign up and in your affiliate dashboard.
You agree to promote apps truthfully and in good taste. You will not:
You are responsible for following advertising and disclosure laws where you operate, including disclosing that your links are affiliate links where required.
A sale earns commission only if it is a genuine, completed purchase properly attributed to your link and not refunded or charged back. The Platform's tracking records are the basis for attribution.
Commissions are paid through our payment processor to the payout account you provide.
Payout hold window. A commission is held for a set period (the "payout window") to cover possible refunds and chargebacks before it is released to you. If the underlying sale is refunded or charged back during that window, no commission is paid for it. This means money that may need to be returned is never paid out and then clawed back.
You handle your own taxes on your earnings, and you provide any tax information the Platform is required to collect.
If a sale you referred is refunded or charged back, the commission for it is canceled. Patterns of referred sales that are later reversed, or any fraud or manipulation, may result in withheld commissions and removal from the program.
The Platform may pause or close your affiliate account, and withhold commissions, if it reasonably believes you broke this agreement, used prohibited methods, or generated fraudulent or low-quality activity. Where practical the Platform will tell you why.
You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, partner, or agent of the Platform. Nothing here creates a partnership or employment relationship. You have no authority to make commitments on the Platform's behalf.
The Platform does not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic, or that any particular app will remain available. Apps may be added or removed. The program is provided "as is."
Either side may end this agreement at any time. On termination, validly earned commissions that have cleared the payout window and any applicable rules will still be paid.
The Platform may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
