Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Algo AI 360 collects when you use our websites EZDeals4U.com (the buyer store) and aidigitalmarketpro.com (the partner hub for affiliates and app sellers), why we collect it, and how we protect it. Plain language, no fine-print traps.
The short version: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only use it to run the service you asked for, and we only share it with the tools that make the platform work (like our payment processor and email service). We don't run ads, ad networks, or hidden tracking.

Who we are

Algo AI 360 operates EZDeals4U.com and aidigitalmarketpro.com. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

Why we use it

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and give you a clear choice first.

Who we share it with (only to run the service)

We share only what's necessary with the service providers that operate the platform, and only so they can do their job for us — never for their own marketing:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the platform.

What affiliates and sellers can see

To protect buyers, affiliates and sellers only ever see a masked version of a buyer's email in their dashboards (for example, j•••@example.com). They never receive buyers' full personal details.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only. The main one is a referral cookie (ez_ref) that remembers which affiliate sent you, for up to 60 days, so the right affiliate is credited if you buy. It is functional, not tracking, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Because we only use essential cookies, no consent banner is required. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser; doing so may affect affiliate credit.

How we protect it

Your data is stored with reputable providers (above), transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep account, order, and payout records as long as needed to run the service, meet our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account data (see your rights below), subject to records we must keep by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to opt out of non-essential emails, and to ask how your data is used. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law allows. Since we do not sell or share your data for marketing, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your own device, browser, and accounts

Some things are saved by you, not by us, and are outside our control:

We never ask those services to collect your data for us, and we don't receive it. We recommend using a trusted password manager and keeping your own accounts and device secure.

Search engines and caching

Your account, orders, dashboards, and payout details are private — they live behind your login and our systems, are never placed on public pages, and are not crawled or cached by search engines (our private pages also carry a "noindex" instruction). Public pages (such as app listings or this policy) can be crawled, indexed, and cached by search engines like Google. Once a page is public, a search engine may keep a cached copy for a time even after we change or remove it; that caching is controlled by the search engine, not by us. This only ever affects public content, never your personal information.

Other websites

Our sites and apps may link to other websites (for example, a seller's own site). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. We review this policy at least once a year.
