You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to use the sites only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. If you use the sites for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
If you create an account or affiliate/seller profile, keep your login and any affiliate code secure, give accurate information, and keep it current. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
If you submit content (an app listing, marketing materials, messages, reviews), you confirm you have the right to do so and that it doesn't break the law or these terms. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant us permission to host, display, and share it as needed to run the service (for example, showing a seller's promo files to affiliates). We may remove any content, or decline or remove any listing, at our discretion — especially anything that breaks these terms, harms users, or is unsafe.
The sites, their design, text, logos, and software are owned by Algo AI 360 or our licensors. You may use the sites as intended, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our branding or content without permission. Affiliate promotional materials we provide are for promoting our listed apps only (see the Affiliate Agreement).
Many apps sold on EZDeals4U are made by independent developers. Each app is governed by its developer's license and the Buyer Terms. We review apps before listing and stand behind your purchase, but the developer is responsible for their app working as described (see the Buyer and Seller terms for details).
We may suspend or end your access to the sites, remove content, or close an account — with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you've broken these terms, harmed users, or created a legal or security risk. You may stop using the sites at any time. Obligations that by their nature should survive (like payment, support, and dispute terms in the activity agreements) continue after access ends.
The sites are provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep them running and accurate, but we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what the law requires. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
To the extent the law allows, Algo AI 360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the sites, and our total liability for any claim relating to the sites is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your misuse of the sites, your content, or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
Disputes relating to a purchase, an affiliate relationship, or a seller listing are governed by the dispute and arbitration terms in the matching agreement (Buyer Terms, Affiliate Agreement, or Seller Agreement). For any other dispute about general use of the sites, you and Algo AI 360 agree to try to resolve it informally first by contacting [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Algo AI 360 is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your home jurisdiction gives you rights that cannot be overridden.
Your use of the sites is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we protect it. In short: we never sell or rent your personal information.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
